Our Monthly Surprise Box is a subscription-based membership, capped at maximum 15 members at one time.
Every month you receive a surprise item in the mail.
We wanted to create a space where we can let our creativity run wild. This is the place where you’ll get the playful, the colorful, the small batch series inspired by our daily surroundings, by the materials we find and play with in our moments of day-dreaming.
Some months you’ll receive a zero-waste kimono, others a beautiful cotton top, a pair of funky pants or even a sleek silk item. Each item is adjustable and we make sure each box is personalized and sent in your size.

All orders are sized and adjustable- we make sure to send you each month’s item in the size you usually wear. Make sure you review our FAQ below regarding the subscription, payment and shipment times.
How does the subscription work?
You can opt to pay for the subscription monthly- 130 EUR (650 RON) or pay for multiple months upfront to enjoy:
- a 10% discount if you choose to pay every 3 months- 117 EUR/ month, so 350 EUR (1177 RON) per payment
- a 20% discount if you choose to pay every 6 months – 104 EUR/ month, so 625 EUR (3120 RON) per payment
All purchases are automatically converted to RON upon check-out.
By subscribing, you agree to set recurring payments that are made automatically.
All payments for this service are non-refundable.
When will my box be delivered?
We deliver the boxes every month on the 3rd. For example, our first box will be delivered on Friday, the 3rd of October.
Sign up for the subscription by the 22nd of any month, to start receiving the boxes next month. For example, you sign up before September 22nd and you receive the first box after the 3rd of October.
The payments are made automatically & they are non-refundable.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please let us know via email at contact@itseatelier.com
To avoid payment for a new month, you can cancel the subscription before the 8th of any month. As we deliver the boxes every month on the 3rd and this allows us for enough time to cancel your order.
For example, if you’ve received the October box on the 3rd and decide to discontinue your membership for the November box, you have to email us before the 8th
Do you ship internationally?
We do- you can subscribe for the Itse Surprise Box from anywhere in the world. However, note that we only cover shipment fees for Romania. If you wish to ship your box internationally, please make sure to add the Flat Shipment Fee to your order upon check-out.
