At Itse Atelier, we carefully craft each piece by hand and deliver them to you with the utmost attention to detail. This Shipping Policy explains our production timelines, delivery methods, costs, and how we handle shipping issues to ensure your order reaches you smoothly.

  1. Order Processing and Production Time

At Itse Atelier, most garments are made to order, with an average production time of 21 days from the date your order is confirmed. This timeframe allows us to craft each piece with care and precision.

Some items—such as samples, small-stock items, or unique one-off pieces—may already be available and can be processed for dispatch within 3–7 business days.

Please note that production begins only after payment is successfully processed and the order is accepted. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been confirmed.

  1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders within Bucharest are delivered via Sinapseria.

For the rest of Romania, and for international orders, we typically ship with DPD, DHL, Fan Courier, or Poșta Română, depending on the destination and nature of the package.

Customers will receive a notification email once their order has been shipped, including tracking information when available.

  1. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your items leave our atelier, delivery times typically range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Within Romania, parcels often arrive the next day or within 1–2 business days.
  • For international shipments, delivery may take up to 5 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.

All shipments are sent as tracked parcels, and you will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

Please remember that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance or courier delays.

  1. Shipping Costs

For orders shipped within Romania, shipping costs are included in the total price of the garment- no additional payment is required.

For international orders, shipping costs will be communicated to you either during checkout or via email before shipment.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in Itse Atelier’s shipping fees.

  1. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@itseatelier.com.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
