Returns & Refunds Policy

At Itse Atelier, each piece is carefully crafted with intention.Each piece is crafted specifically for each of our customers. By placing an order with Itse Atelier, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before placing an order. 

  1. Overview

Besides very few sample pieces or small stock that is ready to purchase, most of our products are made to order: for our basics and limited edition pieces, we do not begin manufacturing unless an order is placed. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

  1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is visibly faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@itseatelier.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

A repair or replacement, if possible

A store credit

A refund (only if repair or replacement is not feasible)

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

  1. Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our production model, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Made-to-order garments, including all Limited Edition pieces crafted to the customer’s measurements
  • Custom or special request orders
  • Unique, one-of-a-kind items, unless proven to be faulty upon delivery
  • Samples or small-stock pieces, once sold, are considered final sale
