Welcome to Itse Atelier. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://itseatelier.com and the purchase of products from Itse Atelier. 

  1. General Information

This website is operated by Itse Atelier. The brand is owned and managed by MKRISTIN CONF PROD DESIGN SRL, a company registered in Romania under company registration number 37891361, with matriculation number J40/12076/2022.   1. Use of the Website

By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You may use the site to browse, make purchases, and subscribe to our newsletter. Account creation is optional and not required to place an order.

Itse Atelier offers products to customers worldwide. However, the availability of shipping options may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

  1. Products & Orders

Itse Atelier does not operate with traditional inventory. Most items are produced on a made-to-order basis, and product availability is subject to change without notice.

We offer three main product categories:

Basic Items: These are available for purchase at any time and come in standard sizes. While they may occasionally be in stock as samples or in small quantities, they are typically manufactured upon order.

Unique Items: These are one-of-a-kind or very limited garments. When marked as “in stock,” they refer to a single existing piece available for immediate purchase. In some cases, a similar version may be requested, subject to fabric availability.

Limited Edition Items: Released monthly, these items are available for purchase only within the month of release. They are fully made to order and tailored to the customer’s specific measurements.

After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  1. Payments

All prices on the website are listed in EUR (Euro) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept secure online payments via Netopia Payments, which supports major credit and debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Netopia’s secure payment gateway. Itse Atelier does not store or have access to your payment card information.

For larger or fully customized orders, bank transfer payments may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. These orders must be placed via email or following a one-on-one consultation. Details for such transactions will be provided directly to the customer upon agreement.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees for international or currency conversion transactions. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are made to order in our boutique atelier and typically require an estimated 21 business days for production after the order is accepted and payment confirmed. Delivery time is additional and varies depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

For items that are not made to order, such as samples or small-stock unique pieces, delivery usually occurs within 3 to 7 days after order confirmation.

For deliveries within Bucharest, we use Sinapseria. For the rest of Romania, and for international orders, we typically ship with DPD, DHL, Fan Courier, or Poșta Română, depending on the destination and nature of the package.

Please note that production and delivery times are approximate and may be subject to delays beyond our control. We do not provide specific delivery estimates per order.

  1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of most Itse Atelier products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where an item is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a product with a defect- such as fabric damage or stains not visible prior to shipment- please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@itseatelier.com with photographic evidence of the issue. We will review the case and, if the defect is confirmed, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Please note that items returned due to buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or changes of mind will not be accepted.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Itse Atelier or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this site without prior written permission from Itse Atelier.

The Itse Atelier name, logo, and any related brand marks are registered trademarks and may not be used without explicit authorization.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Itse Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, products purchased, or inability to use the site.

We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and images; however, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our items or display differences.

Itse Atelier is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers during shipping.

By using the site and purchasing products, you agree to hold Itse Atelier harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our products or services.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.

Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Romania.

  1. Changes to Terms

Itse Atelier reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website and become effective immediately upon posting.

For significant changes affecting your rights or obligations, we may notify registered customers by email.

Your continued use of the site after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
